Salesperson Mike McCann did not pre-judge me in anyway, he immediately came to me, even though I was not purchasing at that time.He allowed me to take the Ford Edge home, not only to test drive, but to show my wife, who would do the approval of purchase. He is an excellent Salesman and should be recognized very highly for all his efforts. We are waiting for a call from Tri-County Ford when their service department is trained on this vehicle. The rolling of the picture when we back up, and no read outs for the radio or cd. We enjoy this truck very much and have recommended it to many people who also like it.
